Visualizing Abrupt Climate Change

When the film "The Day After Tomorrow" was coming out, NOAA called the New Media Studio with an urgent need for an animation of their climatological data.
The Studio responded within days, and NOAA had its visualization:

Global Villages: ethnographic documentary

Produced in conjunction with RPI, "Global Villages: The Globalization of Ethnic Display", was an official selection at the XII International Festival of Ethnographic Films held October 25-30 in Sardinia, Italy. The film depicts ethnic theme parks of China and Japan, where official narratives of tradition and history are coded in dances, interactive routines, and artifacts of culture.
